What were/are the best seats you've sat in to watch a Flames game?
I haven't sat in a lot of different seats but I have sat in a few (lower bowl, 2nd tier, and 3rd tier).
I must say the best seats I've ever sat in are one's my boss has... behind the tv cameras (section 226), second row up. Love those seats. Wish he would give away those tickets more often.. <sigh>

Personally I prefer the PL seats I've bought off CP, more vocal - celebrations compared to the lower seats.
PL row 1/2 are my choice of seats.
Best seats I sat in were I think 104 - Row 5/6.

My friend's family have seats in the last row of the lower bowl behind the player's bench.
Those are fantastic.
Hes even around here....somewhere....

We sit right in front of the owners suite. Quite the view from there - a completely different angle from sitting higher up.
I will be somewhat sad when a new building is eventually completed and we end up with actual seats behind us.

I love my seats in sec214 row 1. Great views of the action and quick to get out to my car for my long drive home after a game. Only downside is they aren't great concert seats

I had similar seats for a game but we were 225. They are incredible seats. The disappointing part was that the Flames lost that game 8-0.

Nice! Ya, I am pretty lucky and get to sit there a couple of times a year. My own seats are mid-second bowl at the blue line, which I like, too, but the view and amenities in the suite are fantastic.

Lower 3 rows of the 2nd bowl are best. Especially if you're near a wall or railing so there is no one beside you on one side.
I'm not a fan of the lower bowl to be honest. Only sat there once for a Flames game but you can't see anything besides what's happening infront of you.

Section 109 in front of owners box, behind players bench. Can see the whole ice and hear the players on the ice and coaches on the bench.
I agree with above posts as my PL season tix are pretty good too. I have my own row with 2 seats right beside the press box entrance walkway.

I sat in the lower bowl once (section 118 about a 3rd of the way up), in the Flames attack end, and it was great when the action was in front of you, but you missed an awful lot when the play was at the other end.

Club seats in section 119 or something, but near the back of the section. Row 20 or 21, something like that.

Can't remember exactly what seats, but I know they were the ATS season tickets. It was like 5 rows from the glass.

I agree with you but I'm wondering if this is specific to the Dome. I was in section 107 (towards the goal line) in row 10 or 12 and found the view pretty poor. It was especially bad when the play was such that the sight line was through the curved glass at the end of the bench. The distortion was brutal.
I had similar seats at the Pepsi Center in Denver although I was on the opposite side of the ice away from the players boxes. Those seats were noticeably better than the seats at the Dome.

PL10? I often see Flames execs, players, etc. coming out from the pressbox and then down to the players/staff elevator behind section 215. Saw Conroy walking down after Monahan's OT goal against Colorado -- he had a huge smile on his face and was shaking his head in disbelief after the Flames came back to win.
