Autographs : where in dome can one get them?

I'm taking my son to his first NHL game next week. His favourite player in the whole world is Drew Doughty. My son wears number 8 in atom hockey even..

We have good seats for the game, would love to see him get an autograph, but I have never tried that before...is there a place in the dome the public can get to for this?

Head down early(pre warmup) and lurk over the tunnel. I used to do it as a kid all the time and got lots of autographs. Take the jersey or card or whatever you want signed and a permy marker and hope Doughty is signing things as he comes out or goes in for warm up. You don't need tickets for the lower bowl to be down there for warmup, just people nice enough to lend you their seats for a few minutes. Usually the ticket holders for those seats don't show up till warmup is long over.

If that doesn't work, visiting teams stay at the Sharaton in Eau cCaire. maybe you can catch him there or at Joeys.
