These Vancouver announcers really ruin the game for the viewer with their bias.

Can the Canucks or Ducks just lose one while we're winning so we can jump ahead I just want to see us hit the top of the pacific just one time at least this season. I thought the penguins for sure would be able to shut them down :'(

Really doesn't help that they started Griess too.

Canucks looking good this year. How come Desjardins gets no Adams love? Team was terrible, now fantastic

TSN had him 2nd behind Hartley in their quarter season awards just recently.

I think that's more of a comment on just how bad Fonzie was as a coach.

I really believe that has a lot to do with moving Kesler. I think he caused a lot of distractions with his rumoured off ice shenanigans.

The Lightning lead 2-0 over the Sabres in part two of this home-away series that the Sabres won first, two days ago.

I think in some ways the Nucks are a bit overlooked because of the Flames this year, were the Flames not playing so well the Canucks would be the surprise of the season etc etc.

With Vancouver, its helped adding Miller and Vrbata, especially the latter. Seems to complete the top line alongside the Twins really well.

Honestly i dont know why people are surprised Vancouver is good again. If you pretend last season never happened, you wil see that they've won back 2 back Presidents and on Vigneault's last year they had 100+ points. They're a veteran team that knows how to win. Last year was an anomaly where everyone was bad. That being said, adding Vrbata, Miller and Bonino didn't hurt either.

Sucks for Gaudreau, but he has zero chance at Calder with how Forsberg is playing

I think it was also on how bad Gillis was as a manager.

Because Hartley.

If the season ended today it has to go to Hartley, and that's from a Canucks fan.

Niemi - 2 SA, 2 GA in first 4 minutes... boy, the Sharks are struggling.

My bigger surprise is when fans think Vancouver's not for real. I hate the Canucks as much as anyone, but I don't see them dropping off this season.

The stinkin' Leafs lost 5-3 to the Devils. The Lightning get revenge as they beat the Sabres 5-0.

Seeing how well the Rangers did the year after they fired Torts, and now how well the Canucks are doing, I'd be surprised if Torts gets another NHL coaching job anytime soon.
