Victor Hedman comes back from injury after missing 18 games and has two assists in the first period. What a player.

Watching 2 very talented teams go H-2-H at MSG. The Lightning look every bit the joint best team in the league at the moment. Hedman is back with a bang, picking up 2 assists in his 2nd game back from injury and it got me thinking. Whilst I'm not in any way trying to detract from what Gio and Brodie has achieved this season, would they be trailing Hedman had he played as most of the season for the Bolts?
It was also interesting listening to the Rangers commentary team talking about Hedman and the Norris. We've all looked at some of the usual suspects like Keith, Subban, Karlsson etc, but have we all overlooked the injured Hedman? On his current form, Hedman certainly is making a late entry(not his fault of course) into the Norris discussion.
Not sure if I can stomach the Coyotes v No Goods on later on. Might just wait and watch Bruins v Ducks instead.

Aren't there 5 games?
Also, only 2 are showing up in the title post.
Should be another easy 2 McDavid points for the greasers.

What channel are you watching on? Because it certainly is not on Sportsnet One, and the NHL website says Rangers/Lightning is only on TVA, Sportsnet Ontario and Sportsnet Pacific. It isn't on Centre Ice either.

Looking forward to Edmonton keeping their no good status by losing tonight to make their losing streak into double digits.

The third period has just started at MSG and it is 3-3 between the Lightning and Rangers.
The BJs have scored to take a 2-1 lead midway through the third period.

I think this is the night the Oilers finally win against the West.

Nah, Smith will get pulled in favour of Dubynk after letting a couple weak ones in. Dubnyk will stop everything and proceed to assist on the goals that Gagner will score to make up the deficit and then finish the game with a tap dance at centre ice because they are free of that organization.

The Rangers have been hit by Lightning, twice in 85 seconds. Tampa now leads 5-3.

Is Cory Hart singing the national anthem in Edmonton?
Reminds me of the wedding singer.

Wow the oilers singer is terrible. It's actually quite fitting.

Either traffic is bad or there's a protest happening. Rexall is barely half full.
