There are a lot of things these days that amaze me, Induction charging, blue tooth, wireless controllers. The technology available to generate these pranks make it hard to distinguish from real literature at a glance. I chuckle that people fall for these things but I also can see how we've been programmed to fall for it as well.
Not too many people read their terms and conditions, most of us don't know what updates are on the phone before they are active, the manufacturers themselves, by their own marketing techniquies, are preconditioning us to be gulible to these kinds of attacks.

Thanks man. Once I was off the phone with WestJet because I had won a $1,000 travel voucher I was going to charge it in the microwave before I had Microsoft call me to remove the virus from my computer. I got a little distracted when I inherited a large sum of money from my Nigerian uncle who was a king. It's weird, considering I'm Irish, but if all they need is my SIN and my bank account, why wouldn't I try it?
