Well we've played to a 0-0 tie in the first.
If it follows our usual pattern, Detroit should take a 1 or 2 goal lead in the second, then we'll fall apart in the third for another shutout loss.

Elias Lindholm appears to be heating up. Has a goal and a helper in two periods today.
Two goals in last nights game too.

The Kings are playing some mighty awful hockey right now. Like, Edmonton could probably beat them.

LA went through an awful stretch last season as well and they won the cup, but yeah, they are playing pretty bad.

All part of LA's MO for the last several years. Squeak by in the regular season just to turn it up in the playoffs and steamroll everyone.

The Hurricanes lead 3-1 after two periods.
It is 1-1 Red Wings-Sabres after two periods.

Jets' Frolik scores 20 seconds into the game vs. the 'Hawks...It was an awful start for the 'Hawks, the Jets had a 2 on 1 right off the opening drop, somehow, then they scored on the rebound scramble
Some guy named Michael Hutchinson in the net for the Jets...

So weird to see Winnipeg winning so far, albeit in a 1-0 tight game. I cant figure this team out. Part of the suffering I suppose
edit: Jets win 1-0.
for 2 wins against quality teams in back to back nights on the road, I will give the Jets their rightful reward: black priest becomes jet fighter

Back to back 1-0 wins for the Jets.
1-0 in a shooutout last night against the Rangers and 1-0 tonight against the Blackhawks tonight.

Hutchinson had 33 saves in his shutout...his team had 33 blocks in front of him, as the Jets collapsed to clog the front.
