There was talk about starting this up in the "Best Sports Bar Thread. I wanted to make a thread. My idea is to get a good group of guys/girls/people together to watch some college football on Saturdays at the Buffalo Wild Wings on Macleod. The GM there really wants to bring in College football fans to make the place more "happening" on Saturdays.

My vote would be to pick a big game each week and then go watch it/ other games on around the same time. Obviously we all have our own teams so we could discuss which games to watch. Honestly, if I don't have a hockey game that evening, my wife forcing me to so something with her, and I'm in town I'll watch football all day.

I guess we should start by trying to build a base of guys.

This week there are some good matchups

I think early afternoon games so you can still go on couples date night in the evening... or whatever else people do.

11Oklahoma/ 14 Kansas State game at 10am. I am from Oklahoma and biased.
21 Texas AM / 7 Alabama at 1:30
15 Oklahoma State/12 TCU at 2pm

Anyone want to get this lil group going and come watch football?

This is gonna be sweet. I'm not around for the next couple weeks, but should be dialed after that. We might need to explore a north/central location as well. Thanks man, this is gonna be fun!
