Default Lets Talk About Electrical Cord Walk Over Mats?

Anyone know where in Calgary I could buy something like this? I just came from Home Depot and bought something I could make work, but it is not exactly like this and they did not seem to have anything like this:

Given I spend as much of my life in suburbia as possible, I'd be happy if someone could point me to the Electrical Cord Walk Over Mat district.

Have you tried Eecol Electric? They seem to have more stuff geared for industrial; which this seems to be.

No, I have seen Eecol mentioned other times and forgot about that place.

I would assume Princess Auto would have something like that.

Looked around... looks like "cable protector" or "Floor cable concealer" yields better results than "Electrical cord walkover mats"

http://www.staples.ca/en/Globe-Cord-...9_2-CA_1_20001

Is this what you're looking for? Or do you need more cable space?

There are also wall based cable managements too if you decide to attach it to the roof instead...

^ i want to use this thing-a-ma-jig/whatca-ma-callit to put over top of a couple of drainage tubes i have in my basement that run from my furnace (central air) and my water softner to a drain - the real issue is i have a couple of metal elbows at the drain and i stubbed my toe one too many times.

so i need something more burly than the staples offering, but not as extreme as my original picture

Check at Eecol, Guillevin, Westburne, EW wholesalers. I'm certain one of them will carry it or at least be able to point you in the right direction.

Not sure how your situation looks... but what about those rubber curb ramps you can put at the edge of a driveway? Can you put one on each side of the exposed tubes and leave the top exposed?

https://shop.burncolandscape.com/pro...ramp-2964.html

If it's too big, maybe even consider the cable cord thingy from staples I posted below, cut it and flip it upside down to use at ramp?

How thick is this drainage tube? (1.5 inch ish?)

Another potential option perhaps is to buy those foam interlocking mats (Same as those play mat ones with the punch out letters for kids) and lay it around the pipe and cut out excess/stack and hollow out?

You could use some of those heavy duty foam anti fatigue pads alternatively

That exactly what I need one for as well.

I can't find one with the internal diameter to fit my drain hose.
