Club seating at a concert

Has anyone ever seen a show this way? It seems kind of cool with all the food and drink service, etc. but I wonder if you feel kind of "disconnected" from the concert. Is it too much of a distraction? We kind of want to let our freak fly but if everyone is sitting on their hands, it might not be so fun.

This would be at Club 500 in Rogers Arena on the off chance someone has been there.

Personally I'd think the food delivery would just be a distraction, but I have nerve sat in such a seat.

I've sat in the Avison Young club seats for a couple of concerts. There was no food or drink service at all. Everyone was standing up and singing along so there wasn't any disconnect. (Full disclosure: One was a punk band, one was a heavy metal band so neither would be your typical sit down concert anyway and perhaps a different demographic).

Seemed like the best place to be as I was only a few feet from the stage both times and had a guaranteed seat in case I needed to make a drink or bathroom run.

This seems more like the Presidents Club @ the Dome than the AY Club...seats at the top of the bowl that they premium up to sell at added price. The advantages wpould be your own bar, shared with only about 180 people, but you would be above the upper deck and a ways away from the stage.
