Default Anyone from the US willing to ship me some Amazon Fire TV's?

These still aren't for sale in Canada and everyone on Ebay wants a fortune for shipping and duties etc. from the US. They are 99$ everywhere in the US, and were even down to 84$ or less last month. They are a sweet little unit and you can still root them on certain firmwares and sideload XBMC onto them very easily and do all kinds of cool stuff. Much higher end hardware than the Apple TV 2, and no random crashes to the home screen. If anyone in the US is willing to send me a couple please PM me. Thanks guys.

Do they sell them in stores? I'm going down in a couple weeks. Maybe we could work something out.

According to the website they do re-ship with FEDEX or UPS which charge high rates for shipping and ridiculous brokerage and customs service fees. I doubt there would be any money to be saved going this route. I would estimate 150-175 after receiving, shipping, fees, etc.
I have a request for a quote with Package Express so we will see what they have to say.

Interesting. When I started using Montana shipping it was pickup only. For re-shipping I've always used package express (thanks to another CP member!). They do standard USPS rates with a nominal handling charge. If you have multiple packages they'll even re-package them to save some coin.

Sounds like Package Express is definitely the way to go then. From my experience USPS packages rarely get charged any duty and if the handling charge is reasonable thats great. Thanks again for the info. I always see stuff on amazon.com that they won't ship to Canada and it drives me crazy.
