I never saw this discussed on here, but I imagine that a lot of people have been following it. As a former resident of Prince George and someone who spent time in the smaller communities in the area, I followed it pretty intensely since the case broke.
Without getting into all the details, many of the interview tapes were released and are posted on the Citizen website. I found the interrogation techniques used very interesting. Although they repeatedly tell him he doesn't need to answer questions and he even invokes that right a few times, they were so tactful in getting him to keep talking and gaining his trust. It gave me a lot of respect for the job they do and how much acting they need to do. The incredible restraint they needed while dealing with such a scumbag is also noted.
