I'm selling my multi-gym. It's a behemoth of a system. Three stations - bench, seated, and a squat rack. The benefit of the system is that there's no pulleys, it's pure weight. This is the most effective type of home gym you can get. Obviously, the proviso is if you have space for it - but it fits in my den in a beltline condo, for what it's worth.
(Note: the version I'm selling is like the picture except it doesn't have the bar across the lat pulldown; instead, it has an attachment on each side for clips, for handles or a rope or a bar or whatever you like, all of which come with the machine.)
The bench side, in the left of the picture, slides flat for bench press, and can also do decline or incline press. It slides into a seated position for shoulder press, and gets out of the way (you straddle the bench) to do deadlifts.
The center seat is mainly for curls and lat pulldowns. It has various attachments to allow you to do tricep extensions and basically anything you can do with a pulldown bar. There's also a set of bars that go over your shoulders, if you want to do weighted ab crunches in a seated position. The bicep curl system also works for hamstring curls, facing backwards.
The left side is a squat rack. For me, it's the best part of the machine. It's also perfect for calf raises and obviously weighted lunges. Very few home multi-gyms can actually facilitate a real leg day. This one can. The footprint is 120" x 72", and it's 78" tall.
Asking $1000 obo for the machine. I have metal weight plates - about 350lbs worth - which I'll sell with the machine for $.70/lb, and a weight tree that comes with them. I also have interlocking rubber floor mats if you need those to put underneath. If you want to come take a look, I'm in beltline, around 17th ave - shoot me a PM.
