Need someone to lay sod

Removed the swing set and now I need new sod laid.

Looking for someone to supply SOD, top soil/loam as required, remove weeds and level properly, rake out the patch..remove any stones..use a sod roller. Must have own tools and be able to haul away any debris/weeds etc.

It's approx 20ft x 15ft. I live in Panorama Hills.

If anyone can recommend someone that'll do a good job at a reasonable price please let me know.

Or what I should expect to pay for this type of job.

A friend that lays sod all summer in Edmonton told me he would charge anywhere between $3-$5/sqft depending on how much prep work (weeds & rocks) was needed and how much soil he would have to bring.

I would expect to pay between $1000 - $1500 to get that section sodded.
