Tim Erixon for Markus Granlund, Tyler Wotherspoon and Roman Horak who was used to acquire Ladislav Smid.
Feaster's best move? Really impressive return, especially since the Flames were faced with letting him re-enter the draft.

Oh how sweet it is to get a crybaby off our team and get rewarded handsomely while he gets exiled to Columbus.
My guess is he'll sign in Russia in a year?

I'm over the Erixon not signing with the Flames fiasco. Hopefully he has a career, at this point it's not going to be a great one anyways.

As per @TraeHauser " @DarrenWHaynes will never stop stat watching the 3: Erixon (51gm-0-7-7). Drafted 2 yrs later: Wotherspoon (14gm-0-4-4), Granlund (7gm-2-1-3)"

I completely disagree. Feaster drafted this bum. The pick right after Calgary? Marcus Johansson with 41-98-139 in 263 GP. Ryan O'Riely was picked up 10 picks later as well... who is 73-118-191 in 345 GP. Imagine if we got ROR instead and that whole offer sheet would have been ignored...

Darren Haynes @DarrenWHaynes
Has played fewest NHL games of 12 d-men drafted in 1st round of 2009 draft. " @Aportzline: Tim Erixon's one-year, two-way deal is done. #CBJ"

However, Feaster did well to make up for his mistake in the first place and got a very good return. But the fact is he still screwed up.

Darryl Sutter drafted Tom more than a year before Feaster was even hired by the Flames.

The return was only good because our scouts were able to turn the picks into solid prospects. The actual value of the trade is pretty standard.
