Replaced the timing belt/oil/spark plugs (dec 2013), new battery (march 2012), windshield (sept 2011), front/back brakes (2011).
We are the second owners and purchased it from a dealer approx 6 years ago when it had 80,000km on it (previous owners were an elderly couple). This is a great student car!
Very little rust on the body and has been upgraded to include a 2-way remote starter. Comes with winter and summer tires, as well as a bike rack that connects to the hatch. Very reliable, never had a problem in winter.
Issues:
1) I was reveresed into by a truck and it broke the plastic bevel around the headlight. Couldnt find replacement part for the black bezel, but the actual headlights have been fixed.
2) The backseat passenger caps that cover behind the seats have come off and cant be replaced (broken plastic). Can be seen in picture showing the trunk.
3) The drivers side door doesnt lock from the inside, it needs to be locked with the key.
4) Installed a CD player and speakers, however the garage that did the install broke the plastic bezel around the old tape deck, so the console above it doesnt light up at night anymore due to the replacement bezel (temperature control/etc). As seen in pic.
5) There is no antenna, so you cannot get AM radio stations.
