Didn't see this posted anywhere. Gino has developed a rare disorder that is terminal. Has been in hospital since 2 days after the Pat Quinn ceremony in Vancouver.
Disorder is rare and results in deposits forming in organs, including heart. Sadly may have a few years to live, or down to a matter of months.

Gino was an interesting cat. Legitimate tough guy. Hand troubles derailed his fighting career. Was athletic enough to ride shotgun for Bure when necessary. Tough news.
