Will we ever see another Coach and GM?

In this era of President of Hockey ops, do you think we will ever see another case of someone doing both jobs, in the vein of Mike Keenan and D. Sutter?

Setting aside interim basis scenarios, I find it hard to believe one person will hold this role again.

Patrick Roy, from what I can tell, is the GM of the Avs in all but name.

It will happen again at some point. Some ex-coach GM will think he can do both and will give it a shot.

i can see it on a short term/interim basis........but how many guys are really smart enough to do both jobs effectively, on a full time basis for the long term?
