Making CGP Grey style videos for YouTube

So I've got a small business venture that would benefit from a few CGP style videos to educate people on a few matters. So some powerpoint style video with limited animation and a voiceover are what I'd be after. Videos about 2-4 minutes long.

What are some software packages that would do this? I've been told a combination of Camtasia and Powerpoint will do the trick on the cheap. Anything better? Running a PC here.

Alternatively, what might be the costs do have someone do this for me? Anyone do this here on CP?

I used Camtasia years ago for a screencast and it was very well put together. Just looking at what they offer now I can't say I've seen much better. It's not the cheapest software in the land, but if you cheap out and find yourself punching a wall at 3am, you'll wish you spent the extra money for your sanity.

Why not just use Gotomeeting and run your presentation and do your narrative record it?
