hmm great day
Sabres lose, Bruins win, Bs take over first in the conference
Josh Bailey playing 2nd line C with the injury to Gagner, takes a major injury and is out for the month

at least Matt Stajan was the first star!

Good win for Nashville, but Edmonton and Chicago pick up a point and win respectively. We are still on the outside looking in with a game in hand, but at least we picked up the two points.

On the other front, I have no idea what to do with my lines. I used a different computer with the updated line file and re-did the sim. I will try again and hopefully get things sorted out.

fallen back to Earth after a great run lately. Didn't go down without a fight though ... or should I say "several fights".

Jordan Nolan and Kyle Quincey fight to a draw at 7:46 of 2nd period
Matt Martin beats up John Mitchell at 9:47 of 2nd period
Claude Giroux and Jiri Hudler fight to a draw at 1:14 of 3rd period
Kevin Bieksa and Alex Killorn fight to a draw at 9:23 of 3rd period
Patrik Berglund and Nick Schultz fight to a draw at 9:32 of 3rd period
Kevin Bieksa and Matt Martin fight to a draw at 15:23 of 3rd period
Mike Santorelli beats up Jiri Hudler at 16:58 of 3rd period

so apparently, "Hudler" is Czech for "truculence". Who knew?

Alright, alright, alright. Bruins had to hide Legwand and Erat on the 4th line due to fatigue and sit Garrison to heal. We were were pretty scared what might happen in this game but the boys pulled out the win to take over top spot in the league again.

3 Stars
1 - Martin Erat (BOS)
2 - Dustin Brown (BOS)
3 - Nick Spaling (BOS)
Power Play
Boston Bruins - 1 on 1 Attempt(s) - 100.00%
Minnesota Wild - 1 on 6 Attempt(s) - 16.67%

And we'd like to welcome back GM favorite Marty Reasoner for the playoff drive! Just needed some depth at center for a potentially long playoffs.
