It is another Original Six division rivalry and this game
could be a preview to a first round match up. The
Bruins have a one point lead on the Blues in the
overall standings. This game is also on RDS2.

The OOT game of the night

Both teams need to win here. The BJs are in a tight playoff
race with three teams right behind them as Columbus holds
the last playoff spot. The Flyers are only four points up on
the BJs. This game should have a playoff feel to it.

A Boston win and a Columbus win would be perfect.

After two periods,
BJs have a 1-0 lead on the Flyers. The BJs score on the power play late in the second period in Wisniewskian fashion. Bobrovsky is bailing his team stopping all 27 Flyers shots so far.

The Hurricanes have 3-1 lead with all goals being scored in the middle period. Lehtonen was pulled after it was 3-0. Thomas took over and has helped the Stars. Nice goal by Seguin, his 34th goal, to put the Stars within two goals. The Hurricanes have two power play goals.

The stinkin' Leafs lead 3-1 in the second period. The Leafs scored with twelve seconds left in the first and then 52 seconds into the second period.

After one period
The Wild lead 1-0 over Chicago.
The Penguins lead 1-0 over the Jets.

Bernier gets hurt, Reimer comes in and as if scripted lets in the tying goal.

He had no chance on it though.

If Boston wins, the Flames can still take a bit of credit for taking the wind that we supplied out of their sails. No Leafs win that night=no wind from the blowhards.

Go Bruins!! Tie game late in the third.

Not sure, but it's not like it's going to matter now, the Leafs won't have any meaningful games after they blow this one. If they're being honest with themselves.

Who's worse at holding a late lead, the Oilers or the Leafs?

How many dirty plays is Kessel going to get away with this season? He basically tried to chop down a rookie on Tuesday because muffin had to block a shot and was crying about it, now he does a flyby elbow on Hamilton.

Leafs slot coverage when the puck is behind the goal line is brutal. Pure cause of the last two Bruins goals.

Columbus won, so the Bruins can drive the stake in here. Even if the Leafs lose in OT.

Bergeron sure likes sticking it to the Leafs. Killed them last year and tied it up late tonite.
