Too bad he had already squeezed them into that terrible arena for hockey. Great location, horrible hockey barn.
I bet Islanders fans are ecstatic though.

Alright CP, we all kick in $20 each, and buy the Islanders.

It's newer for sure, but it's an awful arena for hockey.

Still....its in Brooklyn in a beautiful arena, they may not sell the 500 seats that have horrible sight lines but the premium sweats and boxes there are 100 times better than Nassau

It's not 500 seats, it's like 20% of the arena or more

No, not really. I love the Nassau, it's so small so any seat is close to the ice. Just watch out for the leaking roof!!

Hopefully Wang takes Garth Snow with him. What a gong show the organization is.

The premium sweats are in Edmonton. They're the pants they wear for formal occasions.

I'm a little disappointed in the boring title. Why no "Wang downsizing?" Or "Wang pulling out"?

Anybody else wonder if JayZ is a part of the group that buys them? He's involved with the basketball team and the arena people, is he not? I actually think that would be great for the NHL in the States.

JayZ is not anymore. He became a player agent so had to sell his stake.

Fantastic news for the Islanders. Not too surprising to me anyway that Wang decided to sell after his Lighthouse project failed.
