It's done by CalgaryFlames.com, but thought I'd share it anyways.

Gio and Bouma with 3 each in the top 10. #1 was much deserved.

Make you realize just how physical the playoffs have become in the West.

Hits like the Flames top 3 for the season are happening multiple times per game.

Where's Byron's hit? Surely that should have been #1

Thanks for the link! I thought at first it was going to be one of your videos when I saw the OP and the thread title, AC. Any ETA on your next vid?

The Monahan video should actually be ready by tonight. Uploading it now, will have to watch through it to make sure there are no glitches/mistakes to fix.

The fact that the majority of those hits are against Eastern opponents (and the Canucks) illustrates the fact the team needs more size to compete in the West.

Some great hits in there but it does show you how much the game has changed over the years... I'm talking about just over the last 5 years or so even. Even the biggest hits today from any team seem pail in comparison to the ones guys like phaneuf, regehr, sarich, and iggy used to lay out.

One of the only times I'll ever say that I miss Denis Gauthier or Dion Phaneuf.

What a weak bunch of hits our team had this year

Dion hits his own people, I don't want that.

Perhaps worse than period highlights from some of this year's playoff games.

It was damn near impossible to defend some of the hits Gautier made. He was bordering on Marchment territory near the end of his time in Calgary.
