What begun in early Spring 2013, has become a much bigger (and longer) undertaking than originally planned. Pati and Neil started one of Earth's longest hiking trails in 2013, only to fall a few hundred kilometres short of the trail end when snow and cold temperature made finishing the trek impossible. Combining their passion for the outdoors, and their quest to make the world a better place; The Pacific Crest Trail is providing them the perfect opportunity to accomplish a personal goal and to raise funds for a cause close to their hearts – and will now continue into 2014! The Forget Me Not Hike is raising funds to help support Alzheimer's patients and to advance research in this field. Pati and Neil will be starting the trail again from the very beginning this Spring, hoping to complete the trail, once and for all, as 'through-hikers'.
