Reinhart is probably because of Jones being hurt, but why call up Knight? They don't really need centers, do they?

Jones is hurt, and I believe Stajan is out as well...

So happy for both of them, but especially right now for Knight. Could have signed with any team but chose to come home, had a great season in the AHL and gets rewarded with the call up.

The amount of work these two have put in is ridiculous.
Reinhart has been unbelievable this season. In terms of plus/minus he went from having the fourth worst plus/minus rating in the AHL (that means he was something like #2138 overall) to being a top-20 scorer. Nobody deserves a call-up as much as Rhino.
Knight has an NHL shot already. His biggest weakness is probably the defensive side of the game, but even that he's improved dramatically since the beginning of the season. Ward's been putting him in defensive zone situations and has given him second unit PK time. Also, you won't meet a nicer guy than Corban. Always smiling, very approachable. Great human being.
Really happy for both of these guys.

Reinhart has been on fire. In fact, it's been only Reihart or Baertschi the last few games scoring for the Heat.
