December 22, just two games.
Luongo left the game near the end of the first, announcers aren't sure what happened.

The Rangers now have a 3-1 lead after two periods. Hagelin and Zuccarello scored the goals.

Likely no Luongo for Sochi.
I'm not unhappy about this.

That awesome goal nik just posted was scored by Kreider from Nash. That was the final goal of the game, Rangers win 4-1. http://www.cbc.ca/sports-content/hoc...1346716/recap/
Tanev gets the go ahead goal for the Canucks midway through the third period, 2-1 now.

I'll I heard was that he was day-to-day. Is there more info on his injury yet, besides it being his groin? Sochi is still a ways away, doesn't sound like it's too bad...........yet.

Canucks are off until next Sunday's game against the Flames so we could very well hear and see nothing on that front.
On another note, Lack is making the jump to the big team quite nicely. A while back, he was ahead of Schneider in the Canucks' depth chart. Could be another goalie controversy in the making.
