LOL.. are you supposed to use air quotes when you describe that as a "fight"?

Is "fighting" even allowed in women's hockey?

Anyone else think it would have been funny to throws a bottle of baby oil on the ice?
Anyways, what is the shock, these teams have played each other 35 times in the last few weeks.......there has got to be a healthy hate going on.

Second brawl they've had during this series:

Both incidents could fairly be described as being the result of cheapshots by the Americans.
But this is also why Europe needs to get its act together with women's hockey. It really isn't healthy when you have only one opponent anywhere close to your calibre.

That's the only time I've ever seen hockey fights where the players keep their helmets on with the cage in front, and fight with sticks still in their hands, it must be women's hockey....yup.

We used to have these in the dressing room in PeeWee.
We called them 'cage rages' I think.

We just had a guy on our team that kept getting suspended for ripping off other players cages and hitting them with it

Let them play without cages. Not only in the last few weeks has this happened its been happing the last few months. The most common thing I've noticed its always in the last ten seconds of the game.being a iihf game is a game misconduct. Pray the NHL never adopts international standards.
