Not for a bag of pucks, but rather a bag someone can use to put pucks in...

I bet he's a happy camper. Gets out of the craphole in Edmonton, and gets to go to the team that has a great chance as winning the cup. He must be ecstatic right now.
Guess that means Khabibulin is finished.

look for LaBarbera to quickly demonstrate that it isn't all goaltending in Edmonton.

Not a Coiler fan in the least but I doubt it. Labarbera is on of the worst backups in the league. They should have kept him though and sent Duber packing. He will be in the A next year.

Nothing move. Khabibulin and Crawford out with injury right now. Short term backup for Raanta.

Meh. Depending on the return I'd rather Joey MacSelfish play out his contract in the AHL.
Trade him to Florida, NYI or Edmonton maybe. Chicago? Hell no. "No cup for you!!".
That is just my personal feeling, obviously if I were a GM it would be different.

Kinda hoping that LaBarbera plays well for the Hawks, just because the Oilers traded him

I must have missed whatever went on with Joey Mac. Like why was he being called selfish and stuff. I took a holiday and when I left Joey Mac was kind of the no. 1 and when I get back he is banished to the minors and no one has much good to say about him. What happened?

Likely remain as backup when Crawford gets healthy though.
Wouldn't make much sense for the Hawks to staple Raanta to the bench.

People are way overreacting because he spoke the truth the last game he played pointing out how bad the team played in front of him.

He threw the team under the bus after he personally played poorly.

Only in your world could what he said be considered the truth.
Ever wonder why nobody shares the same opinion as you?

Surprised a team would take a flyer on him as it was a bad move for the Oilers to sign him in the first place. LaBarbera IMO is one of the worst goaltenders in the league and was just awful for the Oilers.

Plenty of people do and if the best thing you have is personal attacks pretty easy to see how weak your argument is.
In this case most people agreed with what MacDonald said just were pissed that he said it to the media, especially after the goals he let in. The Flames were brutal that game in front of him. He was 100% right in that.
