The Islanders are trying to come back, 4-3 now. Coyotes score again, 5-3. Lots of goals in the second period.

Leafs tried to do the same but fell short, 6-3 Blues.

Iginla gets the empty net goal, his second in the game. Boston wins 4-2.

When did Jon Lovitz start working with Debrusk on the oilers broadcast?

Bruins are banged up and fighting flu, with that in mind Oilers still hung in and took it to Boston much of that game. No shame in that loss

Gotta look at the positives I guess? Yet another loss, it just wasn't really, really lopsided. Good job Oilers.

This is the problem with media coverage with the Oilers, where they keep trying to make their struggles acceptable.

If a flu ridden team comes in on a road trip and beats you, yeah there's shame in the loss, especially for a pretty healthy team with multiple number 1 draft picks in the lineup.

This is a Kirk quote waiting to happen from the wrath of khan

"Hey Oilers I'm laughing at your superior talent base"

Holy crap Eberle was awful on this play. Watch the defenceman yell and point for him to take Marchand, and Eberle skates straight down the middle and covers neither player.

that is their biggest problem. Their core players will not play defense. It is one thing with a rookie making mistakes but you have players like Eberle and Gagner not buying in. If the leadership doesn't buy in what chance does the team have. That teams is so screwed up.

Wow, that is just horrible. That looks like a beer league player that just doesn't care what the score is. Who was he covering there, his own goalie?

Against a team playing their seldom employed back-up goalie, on the road, and who managed to compile a 3-0 lead by the end of the first?

Good job Oilers.
