Nashville out shooting Columbus 24-7 with 5 minutes left in the second.
Toronto outplayed and outshot once again, but once again leading. How do they defy gravity? I don't get the love they receive

Hahaha Pittsburgh's defense looks a lot like Calgary's this period. Absolutely brutal. I feel bad for the Pittsburgh goaltenders.

Lots of eastern games, nine of them!
Toronto @ Pittsburgh, the Leafs now lead 4-1 against Pittsburgh in the second period, game is on TSN. Penguins coming back, 4-2, disallowed goal there. Another choke job by the stinkin' Leafs?
Ottawa @ Washington, game is tied 3-3 after two periods, on TSN2 using the Capitals feed.
Montreal @ Buffalo, Habs lead 2-1 after two periods, game is on RDS.
Philadelphia @ Tampa Bay, the Lightning lead 2-0 in the second period, game is on NHL Network USA.
Game of the night here with the return of Lecavalier.
Boston @ Detroit, the Red Wings lead 4-0 midway through the second period, game is on NBCSN and on Centre Ice in Canada due the Senators game on TSN2.

Toronto is just lucky. I'm convinced. They have no business being in this game. It should be 20 zip for Pittsburgh. Two saves off the goalie stick nob. I mean come on. Outshot 47-24 through 60. Pittsburgh has definitely had waaaaay better chances. In fact, 17-0 shots in the third for Pittsburgh.
How do they have points?

0 shots in OT.
Leafs went 25:04 without a shot. I'm convinced though that it's a show of just how terrible the Leafs are.

@LAKings: Brent Burns is back in the lineup for the Sharks, he missed 13 games to get a hair cut.
Thought that was a pretty funny tweet tonight

On one hand I'm pretty happy that IMO, the Leafs look pretty much like nothing more than lucky garbage.
On the other hand, the main architect of that Leafs team is now our President of hockey operations.
Keep in mind that Nonis had to buy out a couple horrid contracts as well, and still has another one (Liles) to deal with.
