Default Saddledome Seating Choice Question

so my son is a huge LA Kings/Johnathan Quick fan and I am looking at taking a chance Quick will play on this night getting him tickets.

Was wondering if the sightline to see the Kings net it would be better from the first 4 rows of the 200 level, or somwhere as low as possible in the 100 level.

I have sat in the low 100 before, but I have never sat in the low rows of the 200 level.

Ticket price seems to be $200 for either seat......

Thoughts?

I sat in the first row of the 200 level when the Flames played Florida a couple weeks ago. (I am used to the 300 level)

I had great sightlines of the Flames shooting on Thomas in the second period and had an awesome view of Bartschi's goal.

If you could get seats in the first row of the 200's in the Flames attack zone, I am sure your son would have a great view for two periods.

I'm ALL about the first few rows of the 200's, really really great seats. That general area is pretty much the perfect combination between seeing the whole game and being close enough to see the names on the back of the jerseys.

I have ST's in the first row on the 200's in the Flames attack end (even with faceoff dot) and I love them. It perfect for games in that you don't get the blind spots like you do when you go lower. The only spot that might be better for watching Quick play would be behind him. I prefer watching the visiting teams warmup than the Flames and you do get a perfect view of it IMO.

If you would like just send me a PM and I can sell you my Kings game (any of the 3 left) for STH price of $180 a seat.

The best seats in the house are rows 1-3 in the 200's (and the Flames know it too as they are the most expensive non-suite seats in the house).

Remember to go early to watch warm-ups (up against the glass) so your kid can see Quick right up close.

Ain't that the truth! I'm at the back of the bus in the high 200s in the corner, and while I can see the puck just fine, I can't read a name at all any more. Aging eyes.....

(But the seats are relatively cheap and great entertainment.)

I am going to take speech up on his offer for row 1 in the 200's......I have been fortunate enough to sit in the lower bowl boxes, and various other seats in the lower bowl, but this will be the first time with a completely unconstructed view. Game starts at 8, it will be easy to get to the dome by 7.15 and watch the warm up from behind the kings net.....the kings play Saturday in VCR, and then here Wednesday and in stink town Thursday - so it would seem like quick would start. In their other visits here, the kings are playing the night before, so it seemed seeing quick was not as likely......

My son will be most excited....?Now if I can pull off a deal with Rogers to score him an iPhone it will be a Christmas miracle.........

I've sat all over the dome and nothing beats first few rows of the 200s on centre ice. Anything on centre ice in the 200s is actually great, but particularly the first 4 or so rows. In fact, I would take the 200s any day of the week over almost any seats in the 100s.

Looks like you are already taken care of thanks to spetch. If not there are always seats available behind the visiting net in the lower bowl which aren't bad. As others have said the first couple of rows on the balcony are the best seats in the house.
