Not a fan of only one game on a Tuesday evening.
I know its based on ratings, but there should at least be 3 games or something.

I agree with you, but this week the scheduling is different due to the american Thanksgiving holiday. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday ususally have a small amount of games scheduled. Subsequently, Tuesday and Thursday usually have up to a dozen scheduled but this week much less, just two games on Thursday.
It is a risk with one regular season game scheduled in any sport because of a potential lopsided score early in the game.
