Dealing with each other

This seems to come up a few times a year, not sure why.
Anyhoo, we need you as GMs to treat each other with respect.
This means replying to trade PMs and other things in a timely manner. This also means not calling each other names.
And finally it means if you can’t get along with someone – either figure it out or stop dealing with each other. I don’t honestly expect 30 GMs to get along with each other – but what I also don’t expect is to have to wade in like some parental figure to tell two GMs to stop arguing. My life is busy, the CPHL is important, but I have no interest in being dad to 29 other GMs.

So get along or move one from each other. I don’t care which.

There is a difference between arguing and defending your position. There is often a fine line between the two.

That being said, I suspect your thread has something to do with the last back and forth between GreenLantern and I, but if you read our last comments, you will see we did resove our issue between the two of us and frankly I don't think the thread needed to be locked at all.

You guys 'played Dad' when you didn't need too.

Ok is it possible to unlock that thread then because I do think it is an important conversation to monitor. If my 3rd goalie kept playing it would drive me bananas and I think that thread might be a useful tool to continue exploring ways to avoid that from happening.
