How about Suspending Fighters for Fights like Ference/Stempniak?

Same idea goes for suspending Emery when he went crazy on Holtby. If a player doesn't want to fight he shouldn't have to and if he is forced to take shots to the face like Stemps did last night I say the player doing the throwing should get an automatic 2 game suspension for fighting an unwilling player.
