I love that her lawyer is going to enter a plea of not guilty.
I would hope that the judge would physically like throw the book at him, or a book, or gavel, or other heavy object.
What a stupid woman, but this is what you get when everyone decides that they need to live their lives online.

My family used to spend the summers in Lakeland in the early 80's, it was a sleepy little town full of retirees and snowbirds; man, the place has gone to the dump.

i am hearing the vioce of troy maclure coming up with some type of arguemnt over a "kind of evidence".......glad to hear this is woamn with a bright future ahead of her.....

Personally I would prefer that she doesn't get thrown in prison. She's basically made herself the poster child for the me only online generation, and did it while driving incredibly drunk.
Make her walk around for the next couple of years on weekends with a poster around her next that says.
"Yes I'm the moron on the Internet who thought it was cool to drive drunk, look at me now"
Make her do speeches in school that start with
"Hi my name is blah blah blah and I'm a fricken moron"
Put her on public awareness ads on TV under the banner of "I made bad choices"
