It's a nothing for nothing trade, but I don't really understand why we needed another goon.

Nothing to lose, good deal I guess.
Isn't Westgarth an Ivy League educated goon? If so, then a perfect fit for Burke

I guess that Burke wasn't happy with the two low intensity games in a row.
Good for Greg hopefully he finds his game

Another 1st round bust by Darryl Sutter.
Been said already but classic Burke move for truculence.

Always felt bad for Nemisz, never could find his game in the pros. Maybe he always was a product of an awesome Windsor team...

Westgarth has 9 points and 202 PIM in 133 NHL games.
According to users on Hockeyfights.com, he won 5 of his 7 fights last year (vs Orr, Selleck, McLaren, S. Thornton and Cowen), and won his only fight this year in preseason (vs Tarnasky).
He was suspended two games in November for boarding Mark Borowiecki.
Looks like Nemisz was a passenger on that powerhouse Windsor team after all.

Burke probably won't do a presser about this, but just scream TRUCULENCE! in the faces of the journos and leave again.
