13 year old Sudbury kid is 6'6.
Was browsing through Eliteprospects and came upon this kid, Ethan Lavallee is 13 years old and already 6'6!
http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=240288
Also found an interesting article about him from last year. I wonder how big he will get and how much skill he will have? 6'5 at age 12..crazy!

If Ethan Lavallee lined up with the Maple Leafs for a picture he’d be in the back row. At six-foot-five-and-a-half, he would be the tallest player but one, centre David Steckel. At just 12 years of age, though, he’s a long way from the grinding game of the NHL.

I bet that's as tall as he gets.
Some people just grow up earlier than others.
Unless he has acromegaly...

Uh I cant even count how many kids were their adult height or very close to it by that age in my grade. Nothing special unless he keeps growing at that pace. Just a tall kid who peaked early. Still extremely likely he ends up within an inch or two of what he is now. Tall but not crazy. Especially if thats his only remarkable trait hockey wise.

Forget Hockey,
He`s going to be the next Great Khali!
I predict he will grow to 7`8
win multiple WWE titles, face off against the big show, team up with the big show, do movie cameos, and ultimately lose to John Cena at a Wrestlemania

I remember playing AAA bantam with Tyler Myers and he was 6'2 as a 13 year old and thinking he was a monster, and now I look at this guy...wow

I was 6'1" when I played bantam hockey. Oddly enough I played against some kids who were taller than I.
6'6" at 13 is impressive though.

Some other 13 year old in Sudbury is probably 400 pounds, too. He can be the next Medvedev.

I call BS on his weight. I just don't see how he can be 6'6 and also already 209 pounds at 13. Just BMI wise, that puts him near the top of the healthy weight zone. If he is that tall, his body must be burning calories at an alarming rate just to grow height. No way he is also 209. Just unfathomable. I say 170 at max.

As a new father, that's amazing to see but I'd hate to see the family's grocery bill!

Woah, as a 6'6" myself I can't imagine getting there at 13. Even if he's not done growing he's going to have a long time to fill out to an NHL size frame and get accustomed to it

I was my current height in 8th grade...age 13 I guess.
My Dad, on the other hand, was 5'5" when he graduated high school and 5'9" when he graduated boot camp at age 20.
