Default LF: Shut Off Valves Replacing In A Condo

Hey all,

Some may remember a few months back me having issues with my bath tub faucet and not being able to 100% resolve the issue because I live in a condo and the water was not shut off to the entire building.

I've been told on the 28th (this upcoming Monday) that the water will be shut off from 8:30AM-5:00PM and I need to have my shut off valves replaced as they simply do not do the job (they shut off water partially to the unit but water still comes through).

Does anyone know of where I can get someone to do this, what a reasonable estimate for this type of job would be or if anyone on CP does this type of work?

Any help would be appreciated, and I've attached pictures to give an idea of how/where these shut off valves are situated (in my coat room, overhead in the ceiling accessed through this smaller panel), the valves themselves are inline shut off valves I believe.

Thanks!

Do you by any chance live in Vetro?

When I lived there I remember there are two water shut off valves in the unit, so before you go replacing one, just wanted to see if you shut both of them off

Yup it's Vetro, and yeah I shut both off and water was still coming out from all water sources in the condo, just at a reduced rate.

Thanks for the tips guys. Wow I'm in the wrong profession, the rough quotes I'm getting for this work so far are between $500-$800, ouch.
