i had planned to make the Sony Xperia Z my next phone, but i may have to wait and see. if that's how big the screen is though, they should just merge the Galaxy S and Note lines. or maybe the Note 3 will be getting even bigger

well the wait won't be long. it's only 3 days away.

If you are in Canada, I hope you know that we would be receiving the Xperia ZL.
I really like the eye scroll! That is something that would be very handy having. I am excited to see how it works. I hate how big the galaxies are but if they can get eye scroll working i'm sure other android and iOS devices should get it as well
I'm really curious to see how well the big-little cpu fares both in performance and in battery. The increased resolution and pixel density is nice and all, but really after about qhd is it really noticeable it? I really like SAMOLED, but it would be cool if they could tone down the reds some.
All day battery life, a good low light/speedy camera, durability, no lag, and no bugs are what would have me sold.

The new eco omled screen is suppose to be brighter than the older one yet using 30% less power.
I seriously question anything beyond 5.7
Anymore than that and they'll take what has become a popular device despite it's size and push it right into the niche market again.
If they can make it fit comfortably in one hand ....

The whole point of the octa-core is improved battery life. It is more like 2 quad cores, uses the less powerful one when the faster one is not required. Pretty cool actually, and would be very disappointed if it was not in the na version. Of the rumored specs, that combined with a more efficient screen was the most compelling,.

Only thing is the more powerful quad half has been reportedly a battery drain from internal testing. Of course final evaluations are going to be based on when it's finally in the hands of the public, but while the theory sounds great on paper, the Tegra 3 which was one of the first to attempt this in mobile devices didn't exactly pan out all that well.
