Just got confirmation Steinbach product Ian White will attend #NHLJets camp on a pro tryout offer. White, 29, has 45G, 179P in 503 NHL GP

Guy went from playing top pairing minutes with Nik Lidstrom, and looking half decent to signing a PTO with Winnipeg.
Shows how good Nik Lidstrom was and how much better he made his d-partner.

I think you guys forget how bad White was at the start of the 10/11 season. Babchuk was a huge upgrade over him.

That's the problem with basing it on on a small sample size. That was White's only good season at the time.
