Actually in reading that - that is a great idea to help stop the spread of AIDS depening on how it was administered. I can't see why they wouldn't offer it to the males also though.

You can have a doctor verify that a woman hasn't had intercourse, but can't do that with a man (unless you can prove he watches wrestling at least once a week -- ooh, zing).
