Microsoft Word Experts (or other options?)

My company is looking to hire someone that is masterful at creating word documents. This is a series of Fund Facts documents that requires a lot of different formatting and then needs to be user editable.

How much work is this? My wife is a MS word master and knows everything there is to know- contract work I assume??

It would be contract work. We currently have about 20 docs that need the treatment.
