Considering 80% their fanbase is located here, I would say its as close as it gets.
It is nice to see them making a big effort to get fans back to games though. Hopefully a little stability will bring back the casual fan. Although I still having a team there is ridiculous.

It's too bad the Yotes are so fkn boring, but that ad did say they had a new coach. Hopefully they quit that strategy of boring the other team into a stupor and then scoring a goal.
