LF: Rental accommodations in the Acadia area

I have a friend and her son who recently arrived from out-of-province, and she is having difficulty finding an affordable rental in the Acadia area, if anyone has any information that could help her, we would be appreciative.
Anything at this time would suffice, 2 bedroom, shared accommodations, basement suite. etc.
Please PM me if you have anything that might be available for Oct. 1st. She has a budget of about $1300/month.
