Why has Gaudreau been demoted from Team NA top line?
He's their top scorer thus far. McDavid Bias much?!!!

He didnt seem to mesh well with McD and Eichel in the 2nd game. I dont think its a big deal.

McDavid likes to control the play and turn up the tempo. Gaudreau likes to control the play by slowing things down. Not much chance of the two working together well.

What are you talking about? Whatever line Gaudreau is on is the top line.
You should be asking why McDavid and Eichel got demoted from Johnny's line.
And its because McDavid is No Good and Eichel smells of Buffalo.

So then McDavid and Eichel should go down the lines as they've been so unproductive thus far. Top line should be Gaudreau-Mackinnon-Drouin/Larkin

The same reason Phil Kessel was demoted to the 3rd line and Patrick Kane/Vladimir Tarasenko play on their teams' 2nd lines.
