Family receives hate filled letter directed at their autistic son
http://globalnews.ca/news/789411/osh...-autistic-son/
I don't even know what to say. Vicious.
I'm on my tapatalk app, so it's kind of hard to quote some of the text. Although I'm not sure if any of the letter should be quoted.
This is disgusting.

Terrible and disgusting! As a father to a 13 year old with Aspergers I feel for this family. Hopefully the police can find the author of this letter. Who tells somebody they should "euthanize" their child?

Guys, the Springs1 thing.......it was funny in that thread when we thought it was special to CP. Then it was slightly less funny, but still kind of amusing when we found out it she does it all over the internet and that lots of the Springs appearances are just other people having fun.
But the constant mention of Springs, and typing the Springs way, after the thread died off? It's just not funny, it's been done to death.

Damnit, that would have been awesome if she was that stupid. The irony of this stupid letter is that autistic child will likely grow up to be a much better person than she is.

The letter appeared in Yahoo! News as well. If I recall correctly it was signed "A pissed off mother" or something like that.

I almost wonder if the author really isn't that stupid. Hear me out for a sec......
She has an issue with the noise that the kid makes outside. I'm guessing some sort of screaming or wailing outside of his control. Now if the lady who had written the letter had asked the parent politely if there was something that could be done for the sake of the neighbourhood; she likely would have been told no; as the kid has issues.
But by creating a hate filled letter that is sure to make the news, all sorts of agencies and offers for support are likely to come knocking on the parent's door.

Interesting theory. Perhaps the mother of the autistic child?

Wow, that seems like a pretty extremely passive-aggressive way of dealing with it.

Good for you, then don't participate in the thread.
