I came across this today and I'm having a hard time believing it... can anyone confirm whether this is actually happening or clarify what this might mean as articles from Huffington Post is generally pretty biased.
The United States wants its police officers to be exempt from Canadian law if they agree to take part in a highly touted cross-border policing initiative, says an internal RCMP memo.
