Default TED Talks: The Ultralord Mega Thread.

I am fascinated by the innovation and creativity of the human spirit. The ability and ingenuity of those special people who are trying to make lives better for everyone. I found this TED talk today and I thought it might be a good TED talk to post! What are some of your favorite Ted Talks?

This man was paralyzed in a car accident but over came it with radio technology!

I really like the TED talks and often end up spending hours watching random videos that are really interesting.

One of my favorites:

Quote:
When he was just 14 years old, Malawian inventor William Kamkwamba built his family an electricity-generating windmill from spare parts, working from rough plans he found in a library book.
He's actually done TED twice. The first appearance was more of an interview because his english wasn't so hot. The second video has him doing the presentation himself.

only 4 min long

TED Talks is awesome (just recently became a fan).

It (along with boobies) is what makes the internet great.

I go in spurts, sometimes I watch 3-4 a day then go a few months without seeing any.
Juan Enriquez is definitely my favorite TED speaker.

But I also really enjoy Bjarke Ingels

I just got the iPhone app. Some really interesting and educational stuff, sometimes I'll listen to one just before bed.

They make me feel smart, so I watch them in hopes that I can become smarter by osmosis.

I tend to be most fascinated by stuff that deals with the interaction between humans and their technology.

Like this:
