Moped questions???

My 14 year old daughter is looking at getting a moped.

I know you can drive them with a learners under 50 cc.

You also need to be insured to ride them. And get a license plate. Anybody know how much insurance is for 14-year-old? She is looking later today and most agencies I called can't give me much help or are closed.
