Dang, thats a lot of dough and a lot of term. That being said I would have loved to have wheeler on the Flames.

Jets cap committed 40.3M - Wheeler, Kane, Ladd, Little, Scheifele, Enstrom, Byfuglien,Clitsome,Trouba, Pavlec (Bogosian in negotiations)
Oilers 30.3 M Hall, Eberle, Gagner, Perron, Gordon, Smid and Ferrence (10 M for 3 more players to match the Jets in numbers)
Flames 19 M Hudler, David Jones, Monahan, Gio, Wideman
The Flames team is an empty canvas going forward and the Jets are no longer a low budget team. After they sign Bogosian they will be basically at the cap.

But,..... but I thought Winnipeg was a Canadian concentration camp with mosquitoes the size of hippos and if you don't wear 15 pairs of ski masks your face will freeze off because it doesn't get any warmer than -60 in the winter.
