Default GAME 3 : STAMPEDERS at Alouettes

Last week's game was something to forget for both teams. Stamps just did not show up in the 2nd half as Saskatchewan outscored them 22 - 0 and only had the ball for 9:02 time of possessions with the total 57 yards. Also for some reason with Tate having success early in the game, they just forget to use Cornish as much. Cornish only carried the ball 8 times the whole game compared to 24 carries vs BC when he had success.

OFFENSE :
QB Drew Tate was good in the 1st half but was not good in the 2nd half..actually the whole offense dissappeared vs Sask. Tate made way for Kevin Glenn sometime in the 2nd half due to injury. Unfortunately Drew Tate cannot bounce back on that 2nd half dismal play for tonight as he won't be dress today. Kevin Glenn will be starting today vs Montreal and BLM will be backing him up.
R Maurice Price is doubtful tonight and it looks like we will see Brad Sinopli, Jabari Arthur and Anthony Parker rotating on his spot.

DEFENSE :
Our secondary was terrible vs Sask last week and need to bounce back. The good news is Stamps will have players returning to secondary. Expect Keon Raymond, Quincy Butler and Chris Randle(seems to be the odd man this season after being nominated as Rookie of the Year). DLine veteran Kevin Huntley will be in the lineup replacing the injured Micah Johnson.

SPECIAL TEAM :
Can't say much about this group last game except the Return Coverage had a bit of a problem containing the Riders' returner.

With Calvillo and Als OLine struggling last week, Stamps DLine are due to break out for multiple QB sacks... i am hoping.

Game Time : 5pm MDT at Percival Molson Stadium.
Game will be televised on TSN and ESPN3

Glenn replaces Tate once again, one year to the day he did last year.

Als lined Whitaker up under center on the short yardage play. Different look, it payed off for them.

I've never seen Montreal look so bad offensively as they have the last couple weeks. And credit to Calgary's D. They're not missing tackles. They're playing very well

BLM with a goal line series to forget there. Takes an unnecessary roughness penalty and then nearly pitches the ball away on second down.

This is one of the ugliest Montreal teams I've ever seen.

The East is brutes this year. MTL stinks. Hamilton stinks. Toronto Stinks. Winnipeg stinks. The only team in the west not as good as any one of these teams is the Eskies. I'd rank the teams as:

1) Riders
2) Stamps
3) Lions
4) Bombers
5) Argos
6) Ticats
7) Al's
8) Eskimos

I'm a big BLM fan and that's largely due to his work in training camp the last two seasons. He's made throws Tate can only dream of making

Kid's money:

@CFLonTSN: Rene Paredes (@RParedes30) has now made 24 straight field goals, which ties the 3rd longest streak in #CFL history #TSN

Tate has a weak arm in comparison but decision making is a vital part of playing QB

Oh for sure. Mitchell needs more time learning the CFL game but I do think he has the biggest potential of any Stampeders' QB

Kevin Glenn is awful at reading blitz, there as about 8-9 guys coming hard to believe he couldn't find a open player.

Exactly!! Double D, Jeff Garcia, Travis Lulay, Henry Burris did not play much on their first two seasons but learned from watching the starter then took the bull by the horn when they got the chance to play.
